Actinic keratosis (AK) is an ultra-violet (UV) light-induced pre-cancerous lesion of the skin. AK presents on the skin as a rough flaking patch.

Dr. Forsha and the Jordan Valley Dermatology Research team are currently conducting a clinical research study for AK lesions. If you are interested in participating or know of anyone who may be interested, email us or call us at the information below.

 

Qualifying Criteria:

  • 18 and older
  • AK lesions present on the face or balding scalp

 

Qualified participants will:

  • Receive study-related exams and treatment at no cost.
  • Receive guaranteed medication.
  • Receive reimbursement for time and travel.

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease that can affect multiple organ systems and can be unpredictable in disease severity. More commonly known for its presentation of a “butterfly rash” on the face.

  • Diagnosed systemic lupus erythematosus.
